EuropeanCuisines.com has been in need of a look-and-feel upgrade for some time, and we're finally ready to begin.
Starting around 0900 UK/Irish Summer Time on Monday, August 13, 2018, EuropeanCuisines.com will be closed for 24-36 hours while we install a new, more mobile-friendly theme. All original materials will remain in their usual locations, but the overall presentation will be much brighter and more open, and the site will become much more mobile-friendly.
There are still a lot of things that will require adjustment over the next couple of weeks, including the repair of broken links, removal of dead ones, and reassignment of some posts and articles to new categories. To help us get this work done, the site will be down at intervals during the following week — usually between 0400 and 0900 (US) EDT — while we install and test features that cannot be tested offline.
This is just the first of a. number of changes that will be coming to EuropeanCuisines.com during the next year. Meanwhile, thanks very much for your patience while we start reinventing our site!
